Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service and support on every interaction
• Follow call scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics (quotas, sales goals, etc.)
• Maintain strict confidentiality and a high level of professionalism

Schedule & Qualifications

• Closing shift availability: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• Rotational Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Consistently reliable and punctual with minimal unplanned absences
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.50/hour + commission
• Weekly pay
